CPD Requirements for ADR Practitioners

All certificate holders are required to maintain their knowledge and skills. This is regulated by the Regulations in the CPD program. CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development Program (continuing education). Within the CPD program it is regulated to which maintenance requirements the certificate holder must follow and within the categories of CPD points can be achieved.

 

OVERVIEW CPD CATEGORIES
CPD category 1
  • Official education & training
  • Participating in approved education or training, as well as the completion of the training by an exam or test all within the scope of the certificate holder.
CPD category 2
  • In depths activities
  • Attending or participating in fairs, conferences, peer groups, seminars, thematic meetings, workshops and accredited education and training which does not have a examination or test linked to it. all within the scope of the certificate holder.
CPD category 3
  • Professional activities
  • Acting as a facilitator, teacher, speaker, researcher, mentor or coach. Within the scope of the certificate under which is offering internships, learning, experience and research (work) places.
CPD category 4
  • PR and communications
  • Publishing in popular or scientific publications, trade journals, studies, reports and records and all within the scope of the certificate holder.
CPD category 5
  • Public interest
  • Performing within the scope of the certificate of activities or work in the service of the industry or profession, including: the exercise of public functions and tasks, the exercise of administrative functions and tasks, the exercise of other functions and tasks within organizations , public administration, associations and foundations.
